Architecture & Design
The project consists of a main building with six upper floors and two underground levels, housing 15 exclusive condominiums and 4 elegant commercial units.
The architecture blends Mediterranean lightness with Swiss precision: clean lines, generous window façades, and intelligent layouts that seamlessly combine functionality and aesthetics. From private garden apartments to penthouse jewels with panoramic terraces – every residence offers a unique connection to its surroundings and celebrates light as a central design element.
Spatial Experience & Interior Design
The interior design follows the principle of “Luxury Minimalism”: calm colour palettes, natural textures, and hand-selected materials create an atmosphere of understated elegance. Premium oak parquet floors, large-format porcelain tiles, designer kitchens with high-end appliances, and bespoke fittings underline the superior quality standard.
Floor-to-ceiling windows connect indoor and outdoor spaces, forming a flowing architectural unity. Spacious balconies and loggias extend the living areas and offer spectacular views of the lake and mountain scenery.
Each residence features thoughtful lighting design and Smart Home preparation – lighting, temperature, and shading can all be controlled centrally or remotely.
Technology & Sustainability
The entire project has been developed according to modern sustainability standards. AUREA LAGO meets the Minergie-P-Eco criteria and aligns with SNBS Hochbau 2.0 principles.
Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, supported by a rooftop photovoltaic system – ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible operation with minimal CO₂ footprint.
All apartments are equipped with low-temperature underfloor heating, individually adjustable per room.
The underground garage includes EV charging stations, and every unit is connected to high-speed fibre internet.
The project places great emphasis on longevity: high-quality building materials, durable surfaces, sustainable energy technology, and timeless design ensure value retention for generations.
